Construction runs on documents that contradict each other and decisions nobody can trace. CONSTRUX replaces that with one system of record — the Golden Thread — that carries a project from concept and design through tender, construction, commissioning, handover and thirty-plus years of operation, with no sector verticals and no duplicated logic. Seven AI engines cover tender and commercial, planning and delivery, resource and cost, risk and safety, BIM and digital twin, contracts and claims, and handover and O&M — each owning the deterministic maths (critical path, earned value, contingency, delay attribution) so the numbers are reproducible by hand, while the models contribute classification and judgement and never write state on their own. Governance is built in — including Building Safety write-controls — and every AI execution is metered by ACUs and persisted to the record before it is billed. It is the control layer behind ETABLIX and the group's projects: what was mobilised, what it cost, who decided, and why — visible in real time and provable after the fact.
